  • What payment options do you offer?

    Paser provides several payment methods:
    Credit/Debit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro)
    Bank wire transfer (available with the annual payment and with additional transaction fee)
    You can pay in EUR, USD, and UAH. Additionally, we offer automatic renewal. If you select this option your credit card will be automatically charged for the next payment period.

    The funds are debited on the billing date, upfront for the subsequent billing period:
    - for monthly subscription - every month, on the day when the subscription began
    - for annual subscription - once per year, on the day and month when the subscription began.

  • What should I do if the request number limit is reached for my subscription plan?

    No worries, we never suspend our clients’ accounts, never suspend subscriptions or do anything like that! You and all your users can always continue using Paser.
    In case of such overage, you can continue working within your current subscription plan, and the next invoice shall contain an overage charge according to your current package pricing policy.
    In case of regular, significant overage you probably should consider upgrading your subscription plan - that will be cheaper for you.

  • Can I switch from a monthly subscription to an annual subscription?

    Yes, it is possible and can be done on the next billing date. Notify us of such decision three days in advance via email to oi.resap%40olleh
